For electricians
Clear job requests, and clear safety hand-offs.
A website assistant can answer common questions, check your coverage and collect the details of each job for your team to confirm. When a customer describes something dangerous, it gives safety information and emergency numbers, flags the request for your team, and does not try to troubleshoot.
What it does
- Answers questions about services such as fault finding, EICRs and consumer unit upgrades, set up to answer only from facts you approve, and to say when it doesn't know
- Collects the job, postcode area, urgency and preferred timing, one question at a time
- Prepares a structured request for your team
- Responds to burning smells, sparking or shocks with safety information and emergency numbers
What it does not do
- Book or confirm appointments: your team does that
- Give prices or quotes
- Talk customers through electrical repairs
- Send electricians or notifications on its own

The demo uses Brightwire Electrical Services, a fictional business with made-up services, hours and areas. Chat as a customer and watch the owner view fill in. Nothing is booked and no one is contacted.
The demo runs on a local AI model on our own hardware. If that machine is offline you will see an example conversation instead, clearly labelled.
