Draft notice for review before launch.

The chat demos

• The demo businesses are fictional. Please don't enter real names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
• Your messages are processed by an AI model running on our own hardware. They travel there through Cloudflare, our network provider, which handles the connection (including your IP address and messages in transit) under its own data processing terms. We do not ask Cloudflare to store your messages.
• Conversations are held in memory only and deleted when you reset, after 30 minutes without activity, after 2 hours at most, or when the demo service restarts. They are not written to disk or used to train models.
• Our logs record technical details only (times, error codes and a one-way hashed session reference). They are designed not to record what you type, your IP address or your session key.
• To prevent abuse, we count requests using a one-way hash of your IP address, made with a random key that is replaced every day and never stored, so it cannot be turned back into your IP address or linked across days.
• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

The contact form

When it is switched on, details you send through the contact form will be used only to reply to your enquiry. This section will be completed before the form goes live.
